Sets in the City
My love for all things thrift and vintage is no secret, but I would say my love for handmade and custom items by individual artists is just as prominent. There’s a special uniqueness that comes with both that can’t be replicated.
As we’re hitting the halfway mark of winter, anything bright & fun is more than welcomed - it’s needed. This custom sweatsuit set by Tie Dye Artist Shannon Lee was right on time, and went perfectly with my thrifted and vintage accessories.

Don't sleep on the glass display boxes at the thrift. I found these simple sunnies years ago and they are somehow still going strong.

I wasn't expecting to love this yellow + dark purple combo as much as I did.

My favorite part of styling secondhand finds is exploring their versatility with new items. I found the ring on my index at a flea market in Tennessee almost 10 years ago. It was somehow made out of a spoon and I just loved the way it pulled my silver accessory look together.

This collar was a cross between a crew neck and mock turtle neck - aka PERFECT.

Love a good bandana look any day, but particularly for protection from makeup memories when wearing light colored hats and beanies. And yeah, you guessed it, found this bandana in somebody's random bin.

Obsessed with the scheme on this set - mostly the undertones that you don't catch at first. If you look closely, you get pops of yellow, green, and chartreuse that happen naturally in the tie dye process.

Shoutout to the sky for coordinating colors.
